You know deep down that you have an important mess

You know deep down that you have an important message to share, but just wish you had more confidence.

You have years of experience and all the knowledge you need, but just can’t seem to back yourself.

You know exactly what you must do but keep yourself busy with ‘more important things’ instead of finding a way.

You are great at being everyone else’s biggest cheerleader but can’t find the belief in yourself to be your own.

You have a million reasons to go for it but find a million more to over analyse and convince yourself you can’t.

You logically know that you shouldn’t compare yourself to others, but secretly wish you had the confidence they have.

If you’re truly honest with yourself, you are playing a much smaller game than you were destined for, because you’re stuck in a storm of self-doubt.

Did you know that fear destroys more dreams than failure ever will?

Just like you, I sometimes get stuck in analysis-paralysis and find myself in a s%*t storm of stories I’m telling myself about self-doubt. I’ve felt frozen by doing my own head in, draining every ounce of my energy – emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually.

The good news is that l learnt the best lessons in the depths of this disconnection from myself. I now know we all have the power to transform fear into courage (we created it after all).

I also now know you must be prepared to leap beyond your fear. You must be care more about keeping all the people you could be helping at the top of your mind and heart – just imagine the difference you could make in their lives if you just got out of your own way.

The better news is that my years of experience with living, loving and learning through my coaching craft means I can teach you exactly how to transform that fear into courage.

Because the truth is, you’re way too bright to let all that talent go to waste.

You’re way too wise to know you’re stronger than your fear.

You’re way too gifted not to live out your mission and impact the lives of others in the most beautiful ways.

Are you passionate about making a real difference, but struggle to find your purpose?

You are constantly completing questionnaires that reveal things you already knew about yourself deep down.

You have completed more courses than you can count, but can’t seem to translate that knowledge into power.

You can do things with your eyes closed, but you’re just not feeling it.

It’s no secret that stress can wreak havoc on our physiology – it can quite literally make you sick. And this is only amplified when you are disconnected from your purpose.

If the question of ‘What is my purpose’ crosses your mind often, you are not alone.

The word ‘purpose’ gets thrown around a lot. And the whole notion of ‘finding’ it, in my opinion, will take you nowhere.

As a Coach, aka Purpose Whisperer, I’m a curious kid at heart who channels her background in many human behaviour disciplines like psychology, as well as years of winning and failing at life into coaching practice.

I help high achievers uncover the truest and highest expression of who they really are, breakthrough that limiting BS (belief system) and really feel alive within themselves again.

Maybe you thought purpose could be found in that promotion.
Maybe you feel so drained by being on the hamster wheel you don’t even know how you would step off.

You can stay stuck in the maybe, or you can make your connection to your purpose a must.

Every action you take starts with the content of y

Every action you take starts with the content of your mind. Whatever you think, believe, imagine is what will guide your feeling and therefore your doing.⁣
⁣
Therefore, the content of your mind can either be expansive or limiting.⁣
⁣
Perspective is a beautiful thing. It gives an opportunity to exercise choice. By challenging your existing perspectives, you can shift away from limiting beliefs and step into expansive thinking. This means that you become more open to alignment – an essential part of the journey of becoming your highest self and the best leader you can possibly be.⁣
⁣
Scientifically, your brain is ‘wired’ to strengthen the perceptions, feelings, and beliefs which you repeat over and over. Think of it like a ‘practice makes perfect’ situation.⁣
⁣
Therefore, when you remain fixed in your beliefs, you limit your ability to gain perspective. If you don’t make space for perspective, becoming your highest self becomes almost impossible.⁣
⁣
Most of the time, your beliefs and perceptions are based on past experiences (e.g. your upbringing, a certain situation which made you feel a certain way), therefore it takes a conscious effort to question your beliefs daily and to open up your mind to new content, allowing for new opportunities.⁣
⁣
Just like how an ocean may calm one person and instil fear in another, the beliefs you have about yourself, and your leadership can either liberate you and drive you to discovering your highest self as a leader or they can limit your leadership and your ability to discover yourself.⁣

Just because you are an executive, it does not mean you always have to be executing.⁣
⁣
Allow yourself to pause the doing and start being.⁣
⁣
In order to do what it takes to have what you want, you need to first be the person it takes to take action.⁣
⁣
When you allow yourself to sit in the stillness - in the silence - you become one with yourself. You connect with yourself, your mind is clear, you become certain in your thoughts, and you build up the courage within yourself to take action. Your creativity is given the chance to flourish and you get to know yourself more. Knowing yourself leads to becoming the highest version of yourself. This is spiritual growth.⁣
⁣
To be a great leader, is to be a great listener – and really listen. You embody listening through all the senses - and actively listen. You become a social scientist.⁣
⁣
The first step to becoming a great listener of others is to know how to listen to yourself. You then become capable of capturing subtle nuances, being so in tune with your presence that how you listen is not just act of eye contact. It is actually felt by the person you are listening to.⁣
⁣
Don’t ever underestimate just being. Make the space for it. It’s more important than you could ever imagine.
